Aloha Councilmembers,
It may be better to require chargers in parking lots, instead of gas stations,so It's convenient for people to leave their cars
for a while.
chargers are slow:4- 10 hours for BEVs and 1-2 hours for PHEVs to charge to 80%. '

DC chargers are faster,only 20- 60 minutes, but don't work with most BEVs. ';
