I am 100%in support of the IKI place water line project moving forward and am thankful and grateful to those folks
involved with getting our neighborhood water line project moving forward after years of being in a stall. I am excited to
be able to finally build on my property, (delays of which have been costly), it's been 6 years that I've waited for this
water line and construction costs have risen dreadfully during this time. Almost weekly and certainly monthly I've
received emails and text messages from homeowners that there was another water leak in neighborhood. All of our
water lines come down 300'-400'feet from the main highway. This has been a hardship for existing residents. This will
be an exciting project moving forward as it will not only facilitate my building but should stop the hardship,waste of
precious resources,water,time and money!
I wish to thank all of those who have given their efforts toward reaching this point, Council Member Inaba, DWS
Engineer Ryan Quitoriano and Finance Director Deanna Sako,former Council member Karen Eoff and most certainly
Wendy Baez who has dutifully stayed in touch with our neighborhood group and held our hands along the way. I thank
you and any others I am not aware of for your efforts and assistance in this matter. I/we truly appreciate you all!
