To whom it may concern, Id like to provide my written approval to proceed with the proposed water improvements offered
at Iki Place Kailua Kona Hawaii 96740. My wife Marie Donahue and I own the home at 73-4521 Iki Place. We are both in
full approval of the proposed project.
We have had dozens of water line leaks since we purchased our home in 2019. It has been very costly and time
consuming for me to maintain my water line. I fully support the improvements proposed. Please let us know if you need
any additional information from us.
