I support Bill 48 and hope that you will too. This is an important step to ensure that the County not only promotes
efforts to address climate change, sustainability, equity and resilience but, by creating this office, demonstrate a sincere
commitment to walk the talk. We are at an existential moment and strong leadership is required to ensure the entire
community is engaged. Establishing this office will be a legacy that you will be long remembered for.
