Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are withdrawing our request for an
attorney-client confidential discussion, in executive session, to consult with the
County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges,
immunities, and liabilities regarding the above-referenced matter set for Thursday,
