I am pleased to nominate David Meyer to the Hamakua Community Development Plan, Action
Committee.
David offers a background in Marine Engineering Technology and experience in managing a
coffee farm. David's long-term residency in Hawaii and familiarity with the local community
offer a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the area.
David's experience, expertise, and genuine interest in supporting young residents` aspirations as
landowners and farmers make him an excellent candidate for the committee. If confirmed, he
will serve a term ending December 31, 2026.
