Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Martha Morishige to the Puna Community Development Plan, Action
Committee.
Martha has lived in Hawaii for 36 years. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of
Science degree, and a Master of Science degree both in Education. She has served the Puna
community as a public school elementary teacher and a Hawaii licensed realtor for many years.
Martha`s previous attendance at past action committee meetings showcases her proactive
engagement and her willingness to contribute to the betterment of the community. Living in
Puna for 36 years makes her a valuable committee asset. If confirmed, he will serve a term
ending December 31, 2027.
