HULI PAC supports this bill once again. It is vital for our island to combat climate change and become prepared. It is a
must to pass. This is a well-put-together bill.
We are counting on our local leaders to move quickly, as the tipping point is all but 6 years away. We see and hear the
unprecedented fires and floods around our world that will impact our islands. We must take more radical steps towards
restorative and preventative measures for this island.
