REPORT OFT E <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> 3 <br /> DATE: July 25, 2023 Re: Comm.No. 358/Bill No. 53 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:01 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 53, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 53, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 358 dated <br /> June 29, 2023, amends Ordinance No. 23-50, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. <br /> This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Housing and Urban Development—Community Project <br /> Funding Kukuiola account($10,000,000); and appropriates the same to the following Housing and <br /> Urban Development—Community Project Funding Kukuiola programs: Program account($9,500,000) <br /> and Administration account($500,000).
