Re: Transmits Resolution No. 200-23, Draft 2; Contingency Relief Funds (Council
District 2)
Attached is Resolution No. 200-23, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 26, 2023,the Council
amended Resolution No. 200-23 with the contents of Communication No. 356.1. The Council
then voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 200-23, as amended to Draft 2.
