Amends subsection (d) by adding an age range of 75 years of age or over but not 80 years
of age or over for a $110,000 exemption and adding an exemption of$125,000 for

Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants —Climate Pollution Reduction Grant
account($350,000); and appropriates the same to the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant
account to develop a Priority Climate Action Plan and a Comprehensive Climate Action
Plan in coordination with the State Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation
Commission.
