$99,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023.
ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS
Res. 219-23: AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, PURSUANT TO HAWAII
REVISED STATUTES 46-7, FOR A GRANT TO THE HAWAII COUNTY
DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Allows for the receipt of$49,942, which would be used to identify partnerships,
project funding, and other available resources to establish and implement a Food
Access Plan.

Bill 62: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 23-50, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING
JUNE 30, 2024
Appropriates revenues in the State Grants—Food Access Plan Resource Coordination
Grant account($49,942); and appropriates the same to the Food Access Plan Resource
Coordination Grant account, which would be used to identify partnerships, project
funding, and other available resources to establish and implement a Food Access Plan.
