My name is Jojo Tanimoto and I live in Kawaihae, on Hawaiian Homelands-Kailapa Subdivision.
For reasons stated in my previous testimony opposing Item 203-23 Climate Action Plan, I am opposed to funding this Plan—
until the Plan is amended to include Kawaihae and a public community process is included.
