RE: Request for presentation regarding the Puna Wastewater Facility Plan and the
Pdhoa Wastewater Feasibility Study
I am respectfully requesting 30 minutes at a Committee meeting on September 5, 2023, to allow
consulting firm AECOM to make a presentation to the appropriate Committee and the public
regarding the Puna Wastewater Facility Plan and the Pdhoa Wastewater Feasibility Study.
This presentation will provide an overview of the pre -final draft of the Puna Wastewater Facility
Plan and the Pdhoa Wastewater Feasibility Study. The presentation will include the methods for
ranking the alternatives, costs, and affordability. The discussion will also allow for the consultant
to gather input from the Council that will be incorporated into the final documents.
Please refer this matter to the appropriate Committee.
