SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Waimea Community Association for expenses relating
to the 2023 Waimea Christmas Twilight Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$7,900 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
