SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Big Island Lions Foundation for expenses relating to the
2023 Downtown Hilo Christmas Lights Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$3,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
