SUBJECT: Appoints Peyton Haleamau of Council District 8 to the Hawai`i County Youth
Commission
I am pleased to introduce Peyton Haleamau as Council District 8's appointment to the Hawai`i
County Youth Commission.
Ms. Haleamau is a resident of Kalaoa,North Kona, attended Konawaena and Kealakehe High
Schools, and currently attends Chaminade University on O`ahu. Ms. Haleamau enjoys
basketball, boxing, and attending services St. Michaels Church.
Ms. Haleamau is a lineal descendant of the Kona region and currently belongs to the Chaminade
University Hawaiian Club.
