Page 2 Hawai'i County Clerk's - 08/30/2023 09:04:17 AM FC-18 September 5,2023 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 234-23: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT FOR AN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a 10-year agreement at an estimated annual cost of $2,200,000, for a software system used for accounting, procurement,project management, risk and compliance management, and supply chain operations.
