Care and Education PROVIDES: LL.JT,
• Young children with a strong foundation for their future learning and
development.
• Immediate and long-term benefits for keiki
• Immediate and long-term benefits for our communities as a whole
• Children with opportunities to develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical
skills as more than 85% of brain development occurs from birth to age 5,
• Preparation for children to be school ready for kindergarten, which has a crucial,
long-lasting impact on their continuing, social-emotional development and their
future academic success.
Never before have early learning providers and resource agencies come together in
West Hawaii under one roof. Community education and awareness of early care and
education resources that are available to families is foundational to a cohesive and
healthy society.
Your generous support of our Early Learning `Ghana Festival will allow early
learning professionals the opportunity to
• Showcase their program(s)
• Recruit keiki to increase enrollment
• Recruit staff for workforce development
• Network
