I offer strong support for County Council resolution 223 introduced by Ashley Kierkowicz. It offers solution to the recent crisis
in insurance coverage faced by many Hawai'i Island residents, especially those living in Puna.We need to consider alternatives
to the present situation where home and business owners are denied coverage or rates are raised so drastically that coverage
is not affordable.
