Aloha,
Please allow me to add my voice to the choir of disgruntled,shocked and dismayed residents who are blindsided by the lack of
insurance options in Lava Zones 1&2.
This will have a decided negative affect on folks with fixed incomes. I was quoted over 4500.00 per annum not including
hurricane and earthquake. more then double what I was paying. (That is more than 10%of Social Security benefits).
There will no doubt be an exodus of folks moving to other zones. If they can afford it- and/or going uninsured. I know I will
not be able to afford the state insurance.
Please Help!
