Subject: Support for Bill 56
I am one of the Puna residents losing insurance. I am still impacted by the 2018 lava flow,the abysmally slow pace of
road recovery and provision of services to Puna the fastest growing district in Hawaii.The recent disaster on Maui very
likely will bring displaced residents to Puna in search of an affordable place to live .The county needs to recognize this
reality And help us solve the barriers to growth, including the insurance situation.
