Please accept my testimony in full support of Reso. 223-23, a Resolution Strongly Urging Immediate Action by
the Hawai'i State Legislature, DCCA, and HPIA to Address Insurance Accessibility on Hawai'i Island, Particularly
in Lava Zones 1 & 2.
Please adopt this resolution which will support the continued recovery work of our Puna District and other
underserved areas in Lava Zone 1 & 2.
