Council Members:
I want to express my support for County Council resolution 223-23. As the pastor of Puna Baptist
Church in lower Puna, I have seen the effects of the high cost of insurance on my congregants. I
would like to urge all insurance companies to work with county and state officials to restore
insurance coverage at a reasonable cost for Hawaii Island residents.
