My husband,Gary,Theriault, and myself Elizabeth Theriault are in support and in favor of resolution 164-23.
This proposal to establish a Water System Improvement District for Iki Place, Kohanaiki Homesteads, located in Kohanaiki,
North Kona, Hawai`i, is vital to this time, and long overdue to bring substandard and unsafe living conditions securely forward
for the multi-generational families that coexist within our neighborhood.
We extend our endless gratitude to Holeka Inaba and Wendy Baez,for identifying and acting with Integrity for the betterment
of not only their constituents which is deeply appreciated, but also the aware care for humanitarian conditions and good
balance in communities that surround us.
We greatly appreciate you,the Council for receiving this testimony and voting in favor of resolution number 164-23.
