SUBJECT: Presentation and discussion from Mass Transit Agency
I am requesting approximately forty-five (45)minutes for a discussion with Mass Transit and
representatives from SSFM International to include the introduction of Mass Transit
Administrator Victor Kandle, an update on transit services island-wide, and a presentation by
SSFM on Title II.
I kindly request this matter be referred to the appropriate committee for its September 19, 2023,
agenda.
