SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCDC) to assist the Big Island Invasive Species Committee with
expenses to control the yellow Himalayan raspberry in upper Puna.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$7,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
