Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Sustainable Energy Hawai`i for the Big Island
Electric Vehicle Association's (BIEVA) He Ala Pono Electric Vehicle and Sustainability Fair.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
