Re: Resolution Increasing Time Element
Enclosed is a resolution increasing the time element of an Office of Management's
Assistant County Physician (1/2T)position(MZ-00005)to full-time. This position
services County employees in West Hawaii. Increasing the position's time element from
1/2 time to full-time will allow for the provision of necessary services for the growing
West Hawai`i staff.

A. REQUEST:
A resolution to change position number MZ-00005, Assistant County Physician (1/2T) to full-time.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Due to the increased workflow in West Hawaii, it is necessary to convert the Assistant County Physician
from half-time to full-time. Services provided by this Assistant County Physician requires additional time as
the number of employee examinations in West Hawaii has grown significantly.
