Roy. The monetary donation is valued at One thousand dollars (51,000.00). The monies will be used for the Hawaii Police Department HIPAL Program. Your approval in this matter is appreciated. Roy. The Honorable Joseph Florendo Jr. of the District Court of the Third Circuit in west Hawaii ordered the donation as a special condition to Ro}''s sentence. Attached are the check and the letter from District Court. Request that the check be routed to Nori in finance so she can prepare a resolution to the County Council for acceptance of the donation. Nori has been made aware of and will be expecting the check. We also request that this donation be placed in HZ-PAL Acct.
