It is my pleasure to submit for renomination Garret Webb of Kona (Council
District 8) to the Hawaii County Kailua Village Design Commission.
Mr. Webb is a 21-year resident of Hawaii and since 1987, has been aself-
employed landscaper, dba Kalaoa Gardens. He is currently the president of the
Hawaii Island Landscape Association.
If approved, he will serve a term to end on December 31, 2002. Should the
Council have any questions regarding this nomination, you may call me at your
