SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 254-23; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a
Designated Fund Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund
Account for the Pdpa'aloa All Hallow's Eve Community Event.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 254-23. The proposed amendment is
illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 254-23;
material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored.
The third WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the Recreation Division is planning a community All Hallow's Eve
event at Pdpa'aloa annex to be held on October [3-0] 26, 2023, which will include
costume contests, candy, refreshments, entertainment, trunk or treat line up, a mini
haunted stroll, and other activities presented in a safe and fun environment; and"
Due to the limited scope of the proposed amendment, a copy of the draft of this resolution, that
would result if the amendment is adopted, is not attached.
