Pursuant to HRS § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client confidential discussion in
executive session to consult with the County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its
powers, duties,privileges, immunities, and liabilities regarding the above-entitled matter,
including settlement discussion.
