Re: Nomination of Hayden M. M. Konanui Tucker to the Youth Commission.
I am pleased to submit Hayden Konanui-Tucker as our nominee for the Mayor's representative
to the Youth Commission.
Hayden is a 2022 Graduate of Kamehameha School Hawai`i and currently majoring in Hawaiian
Studies at the University of Hawai`i at Hilo. He serves on the Board of Directors for the
Kamehameha Schools Alumni Association East Hawai`i Region, he is a Hawaiian Cultural
Practitioner and recognized as the 2022 Aloha `Aina Leader for his growing commitment to
aloha `aina. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2025.
