('nNDOMINI M PROPERTY REGIME (CPI AND FAIR SHARE IMPACT FEES
The Planning Commission at its December 3,1999, meeting voted to request the County
Council to expedite its review of the issues of the Condominium Property Regime (CPR) and
also the fair share impact fees. As the Commission has wrestled with these issues on matters
before the Planning Commission, it would help the Commission tremendously in obtaining the
Council's direction.
