SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 3)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Hawaii Japanese Center to support the Japanese
Community Association of Hawai`i's 2023 Bunka No Hi event.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,750 from the Clerk -Council Services —
