Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Friends of the Future for the Celebrate `Ghana Festival in
West Hawaii.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
