Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Hawaii Japanese Center for expenses relating to the
Japanese Community Association of Hawai`i's (JCAH) 2023 Bunka No Hi program.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $1,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
