Re: Appointment of Perseas Vanebo to the Youth Commission.
I am pleased to appoint Perseas Vanebo to serve as the Mayor's representative to the Youth
Commission.

Perseas is a freshman at Saint Joseph High School and has been an active community volunteer
through the Rotary Club of Hilo Bay, creating cranes for Peace Week, serving at New Hope Hilo
Church, and the Malama Maui Project. Perseas will serve a term ending February 06, 2025.
