Mansour, Director Department of Environmental Management RE: Resolution No. 281-23: Resolution authorizing the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one (1) landfill bulldozer for the Department of Environmental Management; and Resolution No. 282-23: Resolution authorizing the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal year for a multi-year lease for one (1) landfill compactor for the Department of Environmental Management. Attached is a copy of a brief presentation relating to the above -referenced resolutions. Please distribute copies for the October 3, 2023, meeting of the Finance Committee.
