SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 278-23; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to Provide a Grant to
Hamakua Health Center, Inc., for Ladies Night Out, a Breast Cancer Awareness
Event in Honoka` a.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 278-23. The proposed amendment is
illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 278-23;
material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken, and material to be added is underscored.
The fourth WHEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS, HHC is requesting funds to help defray the. costs for health
screening tests, event insurance, refreshments, [entei4akff e ] musician fees, and
supplies for the Ladies Night Out event; and"
Due to the limited scope of the proposed amendment, a copy of the draft of this resolution, that
would result if the amendment is adopted, is not attached.
