The agreement is to provide <br />grant funding to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney based on the financial obligation <br />of matching funds by the County of Hawaii over the course of two years. <br />The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests that this resolution be waived from the <br />Finance Committee and be placed on the October 18, 2023 Council agenda in order to <br />expedite receipt of funds.
