Re: Multi-year Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney wishes to enter into a multi-year agreement with
the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General. The agreement is to provide
grant funding to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney based on the financial obligation
of matching funds by the County of Hawaii over the course of two years.
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests that this resolution be waived from the
Finance Committee and be placed on the October 18, 2023 Council agenda in order to
expedite receipt of funds. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call Grant
Nagata of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney at 934-3310.
