REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairwoman Kimball and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Haw. Rev. Stat. § 92-5(a)(4), we request attorney-client confidential
discussion, in executive session, to consult with the County Council on questions and issues
pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities regarding the above -
referenced matter, including a discussion regarding a litigation the Bickerton Law Group LLLP.

We ask that this case be placed on the Council's October 18, 2023, agenda to discuss
matters requiring County Council approval. We are requesting a Deadline Breach for the October
18, 2023, Council Meeting.
