Sako Director Diane Nakagawa Deputy Director In the current Budget Ordinance 23-50, $451,928 is appropriated in the Career Criminal Prosecution Program account. Additional funds in the amount of $94,240 are being provided by the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General to be used by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to pursue prosecution of career criminals. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these additional funds into the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Career Criminal Prosecution Program account, bringing the total appropriation to $546,168.
