Hilo, Hawaii 96720 Re: Operating Budget In the current Budget Ordinance 23-50, $99,172 is appropriated in the Aid To Victims . account. Additional funds in the amount of $344,199 are being provided by the State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General to be used to provide assistance and support to victims and witnesses through the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Victim - Witness Assistance Program. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these additional funds into the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Aid To Victims account, bringing the total appropriation to $443,371.
