COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />�TE'oi'N�'''� <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 86 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-15 (HAMAKUA DISTRICT ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 <br />EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />FAMILY AGRICULTURAL — 3 ACRES (FA -3a) TO AGRICULTURAL — 5 ACRES (A -5a) <br />AT WAIMEA, HAMAKUA DISTRICT, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: <br />4-7-007:048. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-15, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) is amended to change the district classification of <br />property described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waimea, Hamdkua <br />District, Hawaii, shall be Agricultural — 5 Acres (A -5a): <br />Beginning at a %2 inch pipe (found) at the Northwesterly corner of this parcel of <br />land, being also a point on the Southerly side of Old Belt Road (Old Mamalahoa <br />Highway) and a point on the Northeasterly side of Homestead Road (Waokele Street), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "WAIMEA (EAST BASE)" being 7,387.76 feet North and 11,933.25 feet East <br />and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />Thence, for the next seven (7) courses following along the Southerly side of Old <br />Belt Road (Old Mamalahoa Highway): <br />2670 2F 300.78 feet to a 11/2 inch pipe in concrete <br />(found); <br />Thence, following on a curve to the left with a radius of 1,805.00 feet, the chord <br />azimuth and distance being: <br />-I- <br />
