Re: Agreement with the State of Hawaii
Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement with the Judiciary, State of Hawaii.
This agreement is to establish the terms and conditions of use and the responsibilities of
the Department of Finance Vehicle Registration & Licensing Division and the Judiciary
with respect to access to internal eCourt Kokua.
