Re: Resolution No. 246-23, Draft 2; Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Attached is Resolution No. 246-23, Draft 2. Resolution No. 246-23 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 432.1 and duly approved by the Council on October 4, 2023.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23A (d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires that final action on amended legislation be taken at its next regular
meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 246-23, as amended to Draft 2.
