Legacy Foundation for the 2023
Please find attached Resolution No. 264-23, Draft 2. At its meeting on October 4, 2023, the
Council amended Resolution No. 264-23 with the contents of Communication No. 462. 1,
resulting in the attached draft.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 264-23, as amended to Draft 2.
